  Here for lunch for their $1.00 Long Island Ice Tea special today only.
  
  Our waitress Samantha is great.
  
  I had a burger which was prepared well. Hot  fries. Excellent.
  
  Wife had a salad. Also good.
  
  So it's a 4 today.
  
  Monday lunch at Applebee's. Our waitress Amber Nash was outstanding- fun to see someone who loves her job and her customers. Without her it would have been a 3.
  
  Had their two for $20 special. Started with side salads. Wife had chicken I had a burger.
  
  I don't know every time we eat here I wonder why we came back??? Food is ok - bathroom needs a bit of a cleanup (paper on the floor) - so it's a 3 but Amber made

  What Can I say.  Havent been here for almost 6 months.!Bad server!!!
  4 adults and one child all of us are deaf,
  She was taking our order which wasn't finished and decide to jump to next table and take their order then decide asked for manager and manager said she got frustrated because she doesn't know any sign language, I told mgr thats a crap excuse and it caused our day not so good and mgr said he will take 30% off of our bills which is fine with us, so far she is still very rude and other server has to attend to us. We will not come back again.

  This is just my honest opinion about this particular Apple B's.
  I wasn't very pleased with the service and the lack of professionalism from some of the staff.
  We were seated in a booth near the entrance and the hostess station. After putting in our drink orders and the children's food order, my family and I overheard some of the staff talking at the hostess podium. It wasn't very hard not to hear their conversation as they were not exactly quiet. One of the young ladies was boasting to another male coworker that she can handle her shots and she only starts to feel drunk after about 20. She then continues to say it has to be either fireball or jagermeister. While I was very impressed by her ability to consume so many shots in one night and still be vertical.....this was not a conversation to be had in the restaurant in ear shot of patrons.
  Our waitress was somewhat pleasant, she seemed to be either tired or just wanted to go home. We weren't checked on very much, even though the restaurant was pretty empty and during our main course, she brought the bill, set in on the table and told us no rush, when we are ready we can pay. We were not even given the choice to order dessert  and we were still eating our main course. I don't know if that is company policy, but we felt very rushed.
  In conclusion, The food wasn't bad and we enjoyed our drinks. We just felt a tad neglected and learned way too much about some of the staffs extra curricular activities. In essence, I would give them another shot.....or 20.

  So five women having a good time walk into a bar...ONLY TO BE ACCUSED OF INTOXICATION!!!!!  DO NOT GO HERE.  
  Two women in our party were celebrating birthdays.  We just left Painting With A Twist across the street.  Upon entry, we sat ourselves as no one was up front.  The host, "Dalton" proceeded to inform his manager that we were all "drunk" because we were "twerking" at our table...?
  Due to this false accusation, we were refused alcohol.  
  The situation began to escalate when the manager came out stating, "I heard you were looking for me?", instead of asking what the issue was.  Our party (consisting of 2 biracial women with master's degrees and 3 educated Black women) was asked to leave as she stated we were getting loud and threatened to call the police.  
  If you like to smile and enjoy yourself don't bother stepping foot into this Applebee's!!!

  This is our go to Applebee's in North Florida. Friendly staff, always with a smile, food is always fresh and tasty. Very well managed location.
